Job Description :
The following duties completed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly.
Office management, Record keeping, company and project file maintenance, phone and interpersonal skills, office inventory, office maintenance.
Accounting, balance sheets, and income statements and general ledger entries. Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, Internet/computer maintenance, A/P, A/R, balancing monthly account statements, monthly/quarterly/yearly closing practices, sales tax reporting, payroll, all aspects of HR, insurance renewals, prepare and submit quarterly/yearly accounting for CPA review and tax preparation, prepare and submit company business property tax report for county, prepare company qualification statements.
Contract Administration: Preparation, administration, and maintenance of customer/subcontractor contracts. Maintenance of subcontractor insurance and W9 records, lien law and lien release processing, change order processing, assist in preparation of bid documents, job closing packets, maintain and archive company records.
