Client Relationship Manager

The Position:


·         Manage client relationships through phone and email interaction


·         Develop and distribute digital campaign reporting to clients


·         Serve as bridge between client and project execution team, ensuring client needs are met


·         Solve problems, manage internal and external communication


·         Drive projects to completion


·         Maintain up to date records of meetings, decisions, and next steps


 


 




 


 


Required Qualifications :



·         Ideal candidates should have 3 years’ experience managing client relationships within a professional services environment


·         Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred


·         Candidates with business-to-business client account management will be considered first


·         Key traits need are organization, attention to detail, time management skills


·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
