Job Description :

Online seller of IT products and Consumer Electronics. 

This position is part of our operations team and the main responsibilities include:

  • Customer service, including trouble-shooting of customer problems, providing excellent customer service at all times

  • Approval of customer returns, return label handling

  • Handle day-to-day product returns activities

  • knowledge of and interest in IT products and Consumer Electronics

  • Inspect and manage our inventory of faulty stock and ensure prompt return of faulty items to suppliers

  • Processing of shipping labels and documents

  • Excellent and proven customer service record

  • Handling of customer returns

  • Other office responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Required Qualifications :

Support Agent

  • Customer support with calls and emails for orders, products info and returns

  • Techie background – knowledge of computers, laptops, internal parts and peripheral

  • Able to speak and communicate professionally over the phone and via email.
