Job Description :
Responds to more complex and non-routine consumer/customer inquiries via telephone or email to provide problem resolution regarding the organization's products and services before, during, and after a transaction, in accordance with the organization's service standards. General Profile: Demonstrates competence in own area and knowledge of general business principles; may still be acquiring higher level skills. Works on practical tasks following established procedures with moderate/limited guidance. Prioritizes and organizes own work to deliver to agreed deadlines. Professional Knowledge: Deepening knowledge/skills in one area or broadening ability in a variety of areas. Applies knowledge/skills to standard day to day activities; understands how the team collaborates with others to accomplish team objectives. Interpersonal Skills: Contributes in team activities, sharing experience and ideas. Typical Experience: No professional qualification required, 4+ years of experience.

Manager would prefer to see some bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) **MUST BE ABLE TO WORK A FLEXIBLE SHIFT BETWEEN 8AM-8PM**
