Job Description :
The Help Desk Representative is responsible for troubleshooting all computer and register equipment through inbound calls from store associates.  

 

1. Answer approximately 40-50 calls daily from retail employees

2. Troubleshoot all computer & register equipment problems 

3. Log call information into system for tracking of store problems and resolutions 


Required Qualifications :

Qualified candidates MUST meet the following requirements:



1. Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift between 7am-12am Monday-Sunday

2. Ability to work holiday hours 

3. High School Diploma, GED 

4. Previous work experience in customer service, retail experience a plus 

5. Ability to work independently. 

6. PC Literate & Proficiency in MS Word & Excel Certification
