Job Description :


  • Ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide IT technical support over the phone / email / Screens sharing

  • Escalate technical issues based on company policies

  • Uses strong oral and written communication skills and works independently to identify problems and implement solutions

  • Work in a team relationship management environment.


Required Qualifications :


  • Required skills: 


    • Troubleshooting / Problem solving skills;  Multi-tasking; Follow-up; Work under pressure / Tight deadlines


  • Work in corporate / office setting.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position of requirements

  • Knowledge of PC based computer hardware / software is required

  • May on a continuous basis site at a desk for long period of time

  • Prior working call center experience is a plus
