Job Description :
My client is a growing, successful hardware, software and tech support provider of logistics and distribution security. Due to some personal life changes, the current Human Resources Generalist is leaving the company - they are helping recruit and hire their replacement. Reporting to the CFO with a dotted line to the CEO, the HR Generalist will serve as a member of the leadership team. 

This position offers a great deal of professional visibility and the ability to make an impact across the company. Besides general HR functions, this "change leader" will be a part of the organization's development and future modernization. 

- Payroll Processing (80+ employees in multiple states)

- Recruiting, hiring, onboarding new employees (IT, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)

- Aiding the company in moving to a self-funded benefits plan

- Employee relations

- Training 

- Policies and procedures / best practices

- Engagement activities and events

 
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of full cycle corporate Human Resources experience

Payroll processing experience

Benefits administration knowledge

Experience working with an organization's C-Suite
