Job Description :

TalentBridge's client is a real estate development and property management company who is in search of a talent acquisition partner. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Senior Recruiter will play an integral role in building and retaining talent for the company's Charlotte, NC office. 


 


Develops and executes recruiting plans.


Coordinates and implements college recruiting initiatives.


Increases college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.


Conducts regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.


Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full life cycle recruiting.


Assists with preparation for and completion of New Hire Orientation.


Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.


Develops a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.


Develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.


Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.


Creates, updates and improves recruitment processes, included but not limited to, initial intake; design of career site, onboarding and full candidate experience.


Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.


Posts openings in newspaper advertisements as needed, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.


Aids public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.


Maintains accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.


Required Qualifications :

5+ years full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate industry.


1-2 years’ experience in a high volume, multi-site environment.

Experience developing retention programs

Multi-state recruiting experience

Experience with recruitment systems, preferably Paycom & LinkedIn 

Ability to quickly assimilate technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs, beating competitors, and operating within financial resource constraints.

An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.


Ability to assess processes, streamline and create/update metrics for recruitment.


Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.


Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
