Multibillion-dollar international company is expanding their Charlotte location and seeking results-driven customer service professionals to join their team!
The Warranty Service Coordinator is responsible for reviewing new service invoices to determine if customers are eligible to exchange their products under warranty guidelines. In this position, you would be the main point of contact for specific dealer accounts, processing reimbursements and credits as applicable. This role requires excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma required; 2-year college degree highly preferred
At least 1 year of warranty claim processing or invoicing experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving, negotiation and critical thinking skills
Commitment to customer satisfaction
Ability to adapt to and quickly learn new systems and processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
