We are experiencing our best year yet and we are looking for our next key player to partner with our key platforms to take them to the next level and expand our client base in the Charlotte area.  We are searching for a driven, competitive and fearless account manager to sell specifically in the Office Administration/Transactional Accounting and Creative Space. In this role you will have the an incredible delivery team with over 20 years of combined recruiting experience to support you and deliver immediate results that will allow you to continue to grow our key accounts and sell into new companies and territories with ease.


As an account manager at TalentBridge your primary responsibility is to build and cultivate long term relationships with new and existing clients. By developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, account managers ensure the timely and successful delivery of our various workforce solutions including contingent search, direct hire solutions and national reach capabilities.  This role acts as the liaison between the client and internal teams and is responsible for onboarding and integrating new clients while developing existing relationships.

  • Ability to identify, research and initiate contact with new clients

  • Meet/exceed face to face meeting goals

  • Meet/exceed total weekly billing goals

  •  Meet/exceed new accounts billing goal

  • Maintain current and potential customer database



Required Qualifications :


  • At least 1 full year of Proven account management or new business development experience in the staffing and recruiting industry

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Competitive Drive

  • Cold Calling Experience

  • Lead Generation Experience

  • Strong Relationship Development skill set

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent time management skills with a focus on improving inefficiencies
