Job Description :


We are looking for an administrative support specialist to support a Medical Business Office in the  South Charlotte area! This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is very comfortable with the following responsibilities 


The role involves extensive administrative and data entry task with some phone calls but that is not the majority of the role. 

  • Accounts Receivable (follow up for payment status)

  • Non-Surgical IR report (calling to obtain authorization from Insurance Carrier)

  • Data Entry (New Patient referrals)

  • Scanning Documents

  • Monitoring office email inbox and distributing them to the appropriate party 

  • Distributing Faxes

  • Answering Tasks and assisting with special projects



Required Qualifications :

2-5 years of administrative experience 

Experience working in the healthcare field in an administrative capacity

Strong Data Entry skills 

Strong Sense of Urgency 

Experience working with patients and clients face to face and over the phone 

Strong Excel skills 

Strong MS Office Skills
