Job Description :


  • Support a variety of in-house systems daily

  • Act as our internal ERP Power User, supporting all aspects of our applications and integrations, including our test environment, interfaces to external systems, and best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support the on-going rollout and recommendation and testing of new features for a field ticketing application along with user support

  • Support additional functionality and other additional features for the applications

  • Assist in supporting the integration project

  • Application testing as part of the ongoing improvement

  • Interface with vendors on an as needed basis


 


Required Qualifications :

Self-motivated attitude with the ability to interface with both corporate management and peers


Great communication skills


Aptitude for picking up new computer applications, and strong computer skills in general


Excitement and drive to learn new technologies


Demonstrated ability to proactively manage tasks and projects effectively


Prior experience working in an applications support role with an ERP(IRIUM, Dynamics) system highly preferred


SQL querying 


SuiteScript development experience is a plus


ETL and Microsoft Power app a plus
