Job Description :


On this role the candidates will be providing excellent customer service while supporting client’s order entry, order expedites, quoting, returns, price, availability of the products and/or shipments.



Responsible for performing customer service-related tasks within well-defined procedures using phone and email to supports customers 

Follow up with clients, generates quotes, order tracking

Responsible for compiling data and preparing report for management as needed


Job Requirements:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

1 - 5 years in customer service

Strong computer skills

Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Strong written and oral communications

SAP quote and order experience is a plus but not required
