Job Description :
TalentBridge is partnering with a consumer goods client in search of a Compensation Analyst 


Functions include, but are not limited to: 


Act as internal compensation consultant for the VP, HR and provide advice on compensation related questions

- Research and propose compensation designs 

- Implement, maintain, and administer the organization's compensation program 

- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures  

- Prepare reports for management team 

Required Qualifications :


Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, finance, accounting, or human resources

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the management and administration of compensation plans in multi-site organizations

- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act and other Federal, State and Local laws regulating compensation

Advanced knowledge of job descriptions, job analysis/evaluation and market pricing methods

Ability to work with limited supervision and organizational skills to manage records and data and meet deadlines

Flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment with a high level of dedication and commitment to quality of work

Excellent interpersonal/teaming and written/oral communication skills, fostering an open, direct, collaborative and positive environment
