Job Description :
Duties include, but not limited to:



  • Review resumes and schedule initial interviews

  • Conduct pre-screen and initial interviews of all candidates entering the process

  • Coordinate interview schedules and agenda for candidates and hiring managers

  • Build referral source network within the network office

  • Promote the benefits of network growth and recruiting successes within the network office

  • Guide leadership team in developing specific recruiting strategies and activities necessary to reach network office recruiting goals

  • Monitor activity and results of the leadership team and hold members accountable for their particular recruiting roles

  • Maintain database of all recruiting activity

  • Report weekly activity to the leadership team

  • Coordinate regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) meetings with the leadership team

  • Prepare activity/results reports for leadership team meetings

  • Write job description and qualifications and post on relevant websites

  • Conduct exit interviews

  • Develop recruiting materials


Required Qualifications :


  • 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels

  • Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels

  • Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment

  • Team player who takes initiative, is self-directed, highly motivated, and has a passion for results

  • Knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, and wage and hour laws and benefits

  • Bachelor’s in human resources, business, marketing, or communications
