Job Description :
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and logistics of candidates for the recruiting team. The recruiting coordinator is responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, ensuring a streamlined process for scheduling interviews, booking travel logistics and processing expenses. The Recruiting Coordinator may also be asked to provide administrative support to the HR and recruiting teams 

  • Provide comprehensive recruiting support to the recruiting team to ensure a high quality and professional candidate experience.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and agenda for candidates interviewing onsite

  • Partner with the Corporate Travel team to coordinate and manage all candidate travel requirements including airfare and hotel accommodations.

  • Manage recruiting expenses to ensure appropriate accounting

  • Partner with the recruiting team to support the candidate offer process and respond to candidate questions as needed.

  • Perform other duties as assigned




Required Qualifications :

  • College degree preferable in HR or related field 

  • 1-3 years of recruiting support experience 

  • Outgoing and personable personality 

  • Comfortable speaking in a group setting 

  • Strong MS Suite skill set 

  • Extremely Detail Orientated 

  • Customer Service Orientated 

  • Strong Sense of Urgency
