Job Description :
Our Client is growing and looking for a new addition to our Customer Service/Admin team in Charlotte, NC. If you are passionate about providing the best possible experience to customers and enjoy geeking out with data then this job is for you!

You must love working with a fun team that works super hard to make sure our product is the best it can be, be a natural at proofreading, and have great service both written and over the phone. Plus if you have experience working with multiple CRMs or databases.


  • Provide friendly, responsive service to customers 100% of the time

  • Take incoming phone calls, resolve customer needs or direct them to the appropriate party

  • Respond promptly to support emails and chat messages

  • Set customer appointments and communicate with both our homeowners and our In-Home Concierges

  • Assist with onboarding new customers

  • Enter, validate and update information in customer database

  • Proof data and provide quality control / assurance

  • Communicate professionally with customers in writing and over the phone

  • Consistently make detailed notes of customer interactions

  • Handle objections and answer questions about our services

Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of customer service / admin experience

  • Comfortable working on a Mac with a variety of online software systems and tools

  • Reliable and punctual with a good work history

  • Strong work ethic

  • Organized with attention to detail

  • Great time management skills

  • Self-motivated

  • A team player who is excited about contributing to a growing startup's success

  • Owning your own home with knowledge and understanding of home maintenance or home maintenance industry is a plus

Job Schedule

  • Full time, M-F days


Salary: 30,000 - 38,000 + Benefits and 401K
