E-commerce Client Relations- 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift
We are currently recruiting for multiple customer service opportunities in the South Charlotte area working for a global E-commerce Retailer supporting client relations, customer inquiries, order processing and much more!

Pay Rate: $13- $15.00 per hour plus bonus
Bonus Eligibility: You have the opportunity to earn a percentage of your sells in the role which can add up to over 1,000 dollars a month
Duties in the role:
- This position is responsible for responding to any inquires a customer may have.
- Answering phone calls through multiple channels including chats, emails and phone calls
- Responding to constant emails throughout the day to ensure the customer has received a prompt and valued response
- Responsible for logging all client calls in CRM system
- Processing orders for customers.
- Following up with customers who have recently placed orders.
- Troubleshooting techniques to solve a customer’s problem.
What Type of Experience we are looking for in a candidate for this role:
- 1-5 years of Call Center experience- preferably in a product driven environment.
- Tech Savvy Candidates- In this role you are answering customers questions about orders, the website, sizes, availability and more
