Job Description :


  • Conduct fact finding: could be anything from discrimination, sexual harassment, not getting along with their boss, feel they’ve received unlawful performance improvement plans

  • Work through the entire case process within first have 24-48 hours 

  • When working the case you may have to talk to the complainants manager, may have to go over policy’s, scheduling time to speak with the person filing the complaint

  • Work on approximately 30 cases at a time 


Required Qualifications :


  • Must have 2-3 years' previous experience in employee relations or HR investigations 

  • Must have Bachelor's degree
