Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for a top-notch receptionist to meet and greet all incoming clients and create a positive office experience. This person will ensure that the reception/front desk area and telephones are being covered properly. You will be responsible for fosters and developing relationship with our clients and assisting with scheduling, follow ups, paperwork and more!


Essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Checking clients in and out of their appointments, pulling charts and filing.

  • Greeting all guests when they walk into the office.

  • Verifying insurance when necessary

  • Answer phones and schedule client appointments.

  •  Interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Collecting and handling payments.

  • Confirmation and follow up calls.

  • Providing clerical support to the operations team

  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in high-end retail or spa environment.

  •  Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment, utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills

  • Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite)

  • Strong guest service orientation

  • Rapid learner with the ability to grasp concepts and protocols

  •   Must maintain a high attention to detail.
