Job Description :
 We are currently recruiting for an incredible opportunity to work with a global organization in a Help Desk role that is vital to the company's success. 

 

This role will be handling the following functions split into three parts Mobility, Help Desk and Asset Tracking. 



  • Responsible for providing essential workstation support 

  • Managing inquires from 500 internal employees regarding technical issues 

  • The workstations are made up of 1/2 Mac operating systems and 1/2 Mac Operating systems 

  • Providing technical support to IOS issues and supporting tech support for company Mobile Phones 

  • Inquires are entered through a Ticketing system - ZenDesk

  • Workstation Imaging


Required Qualifications :

  •  5 years of corporate help desk experience 

  • Experience working with a ticketing system 

  • Strong sense of urgency 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
