Job Description :


  • This position will provide assistance with all requests related to the company’s performance appraisal and compensation systems during the company’s Year-End Process which begins in early Sept and ends at the end of December.    



  • Respond to e-mail inquiries from Employees and Managers about the company’s online performance appraisal, compensation tool and related procedures for the Year-End Process and partner with other departments for resolution of escalated inquires related to the performance appraisal and compensation tools (merit increase procedures and completion requirements).

Required Qualifications :

Candidates MUST have the following:



  • Experience with SuccessFactors 

  • HRIS-related experience

  • HR performance review software

  • Great organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Technical support, troubleshooting 

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work under tight deadlines 

  • Manage a large case volume while adhering to required documentation guidelines
