Job Description :

TalentBridge is partnering with a national company in search of a Human Resources Generalist with a strong HR background. 



  • Initiate most HR functions

  • Recruit for administrative and sales positions

  • Administer benefits 

  • Spearhead employee engagement and wellness program

  • Run employee relations investigations

  • Initiate and run new hire orientation

  • Champions and implements HR initiatives and best practices

  • Provides HR related advice and counsel to business area employees and managers that is in accordance with company policies, practices, systems, and processes

  • Ensures compliance with federal and state legal requirements

Required Qualifications :

Minimum requirements:



  • 5+ years of HR experience 

  • Proven HR knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field

  • Knowledge of multi-state payroll

  • Experience with multi-state benefits

  • Proven stable career history

  • Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency 

  • Ability to work in group or individual settings

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization 

  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
