Job Description :

  • Monitors compliance with HRIS systems and programs as prescribed by the company's business needs and internal partners

  • Assesses, implements and manages system needs for all client groups 

  • Observes system performance and make changes and recommendations to ensure optimal performance

  • Systems maintenance: data clean up, diligence, data upkeep

  • Responsiveness: issues with individuals’ logins

  • Currently there’s no POC for any projects- IT is taking over too much of this right now

  • Answer employee questions

  • Pull data for reporting

  • Work closely with IT early on

  • 60% time with IT; 40% time with HR

  • Understands, proposes, and manages solution decisions regarding patches, upgrades, vendor functionality roadmaps, etc. 

Required Qualifications :

  • UltiPro/Kronos experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of the journey of HR info: 

    • "Where does the HR info flow into and out of?"

    • "Where does the HR info come from?"

  • Analyst level, 3-5 years’ experience
