Job Description :

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with management and employees by creating partnership across the organization to deliver value-added services.




Responsibilities include:





  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company

  • Ability to forge outstanding working relationships across the team and with business leaders

  • Coach and council managers and supervisors on employee related concerns

  • Conducting a needs assessment, developing curriculum and conducting training sessions on various HR-related topics

  • Must have flexibility, strong communication and presentation skills, a strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence


Required Qualifications :

Job Requirements:





  • Bachelors degree

  • PHR or SPHR required

  • 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Generalist or Business Partner capacity

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, and prioritize work assignments

  • Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts and effectively coach both managers and employees
