Job Description :

TalentBridge is working with a client seeking a strong HR Manager in the hospitality industry.




Responsibilities include:





  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company

  • Ability to forge outstanding working relationships across the team and with business leaders

  • Experience working with Senior Level executives

  • Coach and council managers and supervisors on employee related concerns

  • Must be a confident communicator, (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization

  • Provides guidance on the drafting of progressive discipline documents as needed

  • Strong project management skills

  • Excellent Communication Skills

Required Qualifications :

Job Requirements:





  • Bachelors degree

  • HR certifications preferred

  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a Generalist or Business Partner capacity

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, and prioritize work assignments

  • Work well in a collaborative environment with multiple departments, individuals and internal customers
