Job Description :

Responsibilities:



  • Maintain hardware and troubleshoot any computer to ensure they are functioning

  • Provide Tier 1 / Tier 2 end user support requests and document them in ticketing system

  • Configure computers for new hires and assist in reconfiguration of the moving desk equipments

  • Maintain user account information with softwares, vendor programs, user rights, security and system groups of network

  • Monitor and enforce data integrity and security policies

  • Perform variety of functions, work with team members and work under general supervision


Required Qualifications :

MUST HAVE:



  • Customer Service / User Support skill

  • Interpersonal communication skill

  • Working with multiple priorities / tasks at same time and reprioritize tasks based on the urgency

  • Logical thinking

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

  • Experience documenting the needs of the users in any type of ticketing systems

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in small space 


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:



  • 2+ years of working experience as Help Desk Technician.

  • Associate Degree in computer or related field

  • Working experience with Windows 7 / 8 / 10 and Server 2008 / 12 / 16

  • Working experience with MS Office Suit, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Remote Desktop (VPN), Printer, PC and Laptop, and any web-based applications
