Job Description :
This role will ensure that the IT departments operations are streamlined and in alignment with business objectives. Will serve as the IT leader that interfaces with clients and physicians. This will  be a supervisory position that will manage day-to-day IT operations and all activities including network and server infrastructure, software applications, lab information systems, and telecommunications systems. 

 

Responsibilities:



  • Leads IT departments strategic planning, innovation, and organizing allocation of resources

  • Ensures performance and reliability of infrastructure, systems, and applications

  • Oversees server, systems, tech integrations, security, and equipment management 

  • Manages support, monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of all IT systems

  • Establish strong relationships at all levels of the company to execute strategy

  • Manages financial aspects of the IT department

  • Participates in monthly board meetings to represent the IT department

  • Provides continuous troubleshooting, application support, 24/7 on call coverage

  • Performs other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications :
8+ years experience in IT operations 

5+ years in a position of management and success leading

Experience managing teams responsible for infrastructure, billing applications, and network services

Experience with the following: Windows server 2003/2008/2012, IP routing, VMware, network management, network security, active directory, and SQL database

Recent experience with Medical Billing Systems required

Experience with virtual technology

HIPPA/HITECH compliance knowledge 

Ability to work autonomously and be able to meet deadlines

Ability to plan and implement changes
