Job Description :

Key Responsibilities




• Develop and administer approved human resource plans and procedures


• Partners with business leaders on the development and implementation of initiatives that create and engage work force


• Leads recruitment efforts to support the business operations maintaining proper staffing levels


• Conduct new-employee on-boarding and benefit orientations 


• Lead employee investigations solving complex and broad employee relations concerns


• Support all internal and external audits related to human resources or payroll

Required Qualifications :
Required Experience



• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience


• Minimum of five years of experience in the HR field 


• Advanced knowledge of HR plans, programs and procedures related to benefits, recruiting, employee relations, training and development.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including problem solving
