Job Description :

Logistics Client Account Specialist



  • Responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquires and resolving logistics issues and dilemmas

  • Support the entire logistics process from start to finish

  • Develop Strong relationships with consistent customer base to truly understand their business, Service needs, drivers and desires to increase their business.

  • Respond to all client emails regarding status of shipments, delays, any changes from the original transportation plan and providing solutions when needed to resolve any issues along the way.  

  • Own mistakes made by the company and act in the client’s best interest to resolve any mistakes.

  • Make improvements to daily logistics process to further serve the client’s needs.

  • Understand, process and review claims to understand the potential impact on the customer and the company.

  • Continue to learn and train in the logistics space to further understand the industries supported

Required Qualifications :

What we are looking for in our next hire:



  • 4 year degree strongly preferred

  • 1-2 years in shipping, transportation or logistics

  • Dedication to providing top notch service to all internal and external parties via email and over the phone.

  • Extreme attention to detail

  • Self Starter 

  • Self- Driven

  • Strong experience with MS Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  •  Must understand MS Excel- Graphs, Charts, pivot tables, v-look ups and basic formulas
