Job Description :

  • Provide both administrative and marketing support to company leadership

  • Marketing activities could include but are not limited to: podcast promotion, media relations, social media management (emphasis on Linkedin and Twitter), search engine optimization, newsletter content and occasional website updates, etc.

  • Administrative duties could include but are not limited to: file management, data entry, vendor communication, etc.

Required Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative, marketing or operations role

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, markleting or related field preferred

  • Familiarity with all or some of the following: Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, SEO/SEM, content management systems, etc.

  • Excellent written communication skills
