Job Description :
 The Traffic Coordinator is the creative projects manager of the Creative team, requiring writing skills and project management acumen, with the ability to manage the creative process, workflow, timelines and materials to ensure timely, creative and high quality communication materials.

  • Delivers/Creates Workload breakdown report – assigning graphic designers, production artists and copy writers to print media.

  • Serves as key point person for assigned merchant groups.

  • Prioritize creative work order (layout), image placements and production projects daily.

  • Manages multiple projects that are ready to be designed, or ready for edits.

  • Prioritizes, tracks, handles and maintains records of the elements and time schedules of multiple projects.

  • Traffics flow at all stages of assigned projects. 

  •  Creates Re-Cap Report for internal creative team.

  • Attends meetings to discuss, requirements and core messages for advertising copy strategic focus and brand guidelines.

  • Provide clear historical documentation for all past projects.

  • Prioritizes, tracks, handles and maintains records of the elements and time schedules of multiple projects.

  • Maintains all creative project and design files, illustration library, signing library as needed

  • Obtains model/final proof approvals as well as vendor approvals

  • Responsible for keeping track of the number and types of changes per print job and for the life of each print project

  • Responsible for the following items post final proof:

  • Delivers and collects all hard proofs to and from external parties.

  •  Oversee that all production details, vendor schedules and specifications are met as communicated by Print Manager.

  •  Assist Project Manager when needed and keep direct and open lines of communication for all production specifications and schedule needs.

  • Keep Creative Team informed for any vendor quality or scheduling issues, or specification changes.


Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, project management • 2-5 years marketing coordinator, project management experience 

  • Experience with project management tools (Teamwork, Base Camp, etc.) 

  •  Experience with Excel, Microsoft forms 

  • Experience with creative software a plus (e.g. Adobe Acrobat, InDesign) 

  • Familiarity with printing process a plus

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Strong time and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Self-starter with ability to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  •  Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functional groups
