Job Description :

TalentBridge is an award-winning NATIONAL STAFFING AGENCY with a local location in South Park of Charlotte. We are GROWING and expanding our Operations team to support our clients and internal staff.


This position will be both Human Resources and Operations-focused. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Specialist will assist with day-to-day Staffing operations of the Charlotte office, ensuring compliance and timely clearance of contingent employees with our clients.

Daily activities will include:


·         Candidate and Client assistance: phone, email, and text. We receive a HIGH VOLUME of inbound phone calls!

·         Scheduling and confirming of interviews, orientations, etc.

·         Compliance, auditing of candidate data

·         Candidate submittals into client vendor management system

·         Initiating and analyzing criminal background checks and results

·         Onboarding of contingent workers

·         I-9 and E-Verify completion

·         Addition of new hires into Payroll system; processing of change requests, etc.

·         Employee relations of active employees on assignment

·         Job fair assistance

·         Reference checks

·         Degree verifications

·         Administrative tasks to assist internal staff

·         Assist with daily operations

Required Qualifications :

·         Ability to multitask and regularly juggle competing priorities

·         Strong experience with MS Office

·         Strong oral and written communication skills

·         Strong sense of teamwork and ability to collaborate with Recruiters while balancing need to work independently to achieve daily goals

·         Ability to work within a very fast-paced, high volume type of environment

·         Ability to switch tasks quickly and seamlessly to meet deadlines

·         ATTENTION TO DETAIL, organizational skills

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Solutions-oriented

·         PATIENCE and understanding attitude
