Job Description :


  • Partner with multiple recruiters to manage the start-to-end recruiting process 

  • Coordinate all interview logistics, including flights, hotels and interview schedules for candidates 

  • Manage relationships with hiring managers and additional partners, to facilitate the recruiting and on boarding process using various forms of communication 

  • Anticipate and proactively identify issues as part of daily responsibilities 

  • Use the HR system to open and manage requisitions, document candidate assessments, process offers/hires, etc. 

  • Track and document compliance-related requirements such as I-9, eVerify, background check, new hire post offer acceptance documentation


Required Qualifications :


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in supporting recruiters or HR department

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree

  • Experience with calendar management and expense reporting

  • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid relationships characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust

  • Ability to collaborate among team members and business partners; contribute ideas, opinions, and skills toward the achievement of a common goal

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and apply good judgment
