Sales Operations Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an awesome opportunity for a corporate sales coordinator with strong SAP experience. This role will provide support to the sales and operations department for a global organization. In this role you will be responsible for Providing administrative support to multiple sales groups and ensuring the overall success of the customer experience



  • Providing administrative support to the sales team and multiple sales channels 

  • Responsible for creating Purchase Orders 

  • Responsible for processing Invoices and tracking payment 

  • Daily audits of all SAP 

  • Researching any invoice issues 

  • Resolving shipping disputes

  • Ensuring successful Delivery of products

  • Processing special orders 

  • Working with multiple internal projects to improve the sales process.


Required Qualifications :



  • Strong attention to detail and highly motivated work ethic 

  • Driven to learn new things and improve current processes 

  • Proactive approach to business needs 

  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to adjust/react quickly to changes and changing priorities 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP required (1-2 yrs SAP experience) 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 

  • Seeking highly motivated, self-driven candidate.
