The Role: 


The Sr. Financial Analyst will provide analytical support for all divisions. This person will help coordinate reporting processes across the organization, develop and maintain corporate budgets, and assist with financial models and analysis for strategic and capital activities.  This role requires a combination of business acumen and financial knowledge in order to assist in developing a world class FP&A function. 


  • Support the development and management of the annual budget, rolling forecast cycle, and driver-based forecasting

  • Assist in preparation of management reporting package for monthly Executive reviews and meetings of the Board of Directors

  • Develop and update periodic and real-time management dashboards tracking key operating metrics used to analyze the business

  • Support cash forecasting, working capital analysis and capex activities

  • Work closely with the accounting organization to ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end close process

  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Sales colleagues to analyze operational goals and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Creation of advanced financial analysis and modeling tools to assist in macro/micro operational benchmarks

  • Assist in managing subsidiary inventory cost allocation methodologies


The Candidate:

  • Minimum of three(3) years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting, preferably budgeting, reporting and planning experience in a public company or high-growth company

  • Bachelors' degree in related field

  • Superior Excel skills with demonstrated financial modeling experience;

  • Fundamental understanding of business processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to establish positive relationships with senior management and outside audiences

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver timely results

  • Possess a high level of integrity, curiosity, strong discipline, and a high degree of accuracy
