Job Description :

We are currently recruiting for an awesome opportunity to support a growing and dynamic Corporate Retail Team in the South Charlotte area! This role involves a combination of client relations, research and investigation, resolving escalated issues and supporting the fraud team!

Essential Functions include the following tasks

  • The Role is a vital part of the E-commerce Web Operations team and works with management to handle complex and escalated issues.

  •  Manage all internal communication with necessary parties to resolve external client issues including following up with store sites, logistics, accounting, advertising and marketing when necessary.

  • Support the E-commerce Team with necessary administrative tasks.

  • Responsible for interacting with customers daily via email and over the phone regarding questions related to the website, orders, complainants and much more!

  • This role also involves vendor relations, reporting and managing inventory.

  • Manage escalated cases including researching the case and responding to the client in a timely manner.

  • Daily Review and resolution of escalated customer issues, not resolved by the Tier 1 Call center

  • Customer friendly candidate- they strive to hire candidates with top notch customer service skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service to every customer and in any situation.

  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities and comfort level going outside of their comfort zone to learn new tasks

  • Strong MS Suite experience including experience with Excel reporting

  • 4 years degree strongly preferred

  •  Retail or hospitality experience is a plus!
